YOU WILL

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Provide administrative support to Internal and External SLA/OLA
  • Monitor and report end to end SLA/OLA performance of agreements
  • Monitor and Report on Project monitoring and reporting – track and advise on project related metrics
  • Produce monthly SLA meetings and track action items
  • Prepare monthly project reports
  • Assist with the development of ICT processes and procedures documents
  • Conduct and report on end user satisfaction surveys
  • Assist in procurement of ICT software, hardware, and associated peripherals
  • Create request for quotations and Terms of reference where applicable
  • Effectively manage ICT Assets through Configuration Management Data Base
  • Assist in user training

Candidate Requirements

Qualification requirements are:

  • National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (NQF 6)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an ICT environment
  • Good understanding of Personal Computers, peripheral devices and currently Microsoft applications and technologies
  • Good understanding of ITIL Processes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
