YOU WILL
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
- Provide administrative support to Internal and External SLA/OLA
- Monitor and report end to end SLA/OLA performance of agreements
- Monitor and Report on Project monitoring and reporting – track and advise on project related metrics
- Produce monthly SLA meetings and track action items
- Prepare monthly project reports
- Assist with the development of ICT processes and procedures documents
- Conduct and report on end user satisfaction surveys
- Assist in procurement of ICT software, hardware, and associated peripherals
- Create request for quotations and Terms of reference where applicable
- Effectively manage ICT Assets through Configuration Management Data Base
- Assist in user training

Candidate Requirements
Qualification requirements are:
- National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (NQF 6)
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an ICT environment
- Good understanding of Personal Computers, peripheral devices and currently Microsoft applications and technologies
- Good understanding of ITIL Processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
