Job Description Attending to general HR Administration and queries. Drafting and advertising vacancies. Shortlisting of CV’s, scheduling and conducting Interviews. Conduct MIE (ID and Qualification), reference and criminal Checks. Drafting contracts and making offers. Prepare recruitment starter packs for newly appointed employees. Drafting and sending regret letters to unsuccessful candidates. Quality check monthly time sheets (Checking the correspondence of sick, and family responsibility leave on time sheets and paymaster, calculating overtime). Drafting and circulating meeting minutes. Preparing HR documents (Change Notes, termination letters, and secondment letters, Warning Letters). Updating the Recruitment and IR Spreadsheets.Prepare Injury on duty (IOD) documents. Weekly Filling. Attend Disciplinary Enquires as an observer. Participate internal workshops. Participate in the planning of Company events |
Minimum Requirements Grade 12. National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant Qualification Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage 0 – 2 Years of Experience Driver’s License (Preferable)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook |
