Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or3 years Business Admin Diploma or equivalent qualification

5 years administrative experience of which 2 years should have been in project and/or Documentation Management Plus Grade 12 or2 years related experience in Project and/or Documentation Management Plus 3 years Business Admin Diploma or equivalent qualification

Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and applicability

Knowledge and understanding of information systems

Key Responsibilities

Support all documentation management systems and lead documentation Officers Conduct quality control checks with systems and project audits Administration support in the documentation centre Liaison with all project staff
