Requirement

Must have at least 2 years experience as an Logistics Administrator
Logistics Assistance (50%)Fund request and accommodationTrip schedules and collection schedules (Raws schedule- follow up with supplier and outstanding deliveries.
Ensure all paper work is scanned to the office daily (trips, deliveries and collections)Loading of airtime on driver phonesdriver checklists and flue cards (including maps and direction); Trip plans
Distribution of schedules /production sheets and labels
Stock take (assist Warehouse Controller) (labels / caps / raws / products)
Printing of label
Label stock control

Duties
Office Administration (50%)Plant ReceptionAttendance and Time sheet management (Daily and Weekly – to be signed off and sent to HRM)Stock weight management (with assistance of Warehouse Controller)Capture of batch numbers on batch and control sheetsMSDS files and COA (filing and follow up if not required)OHS (First Aid and Health and Safety)Plant Office EquipmentManagement of leave forms (together with claims to chairman and BOD)Assist with General HR admin (Safekeeping of documents for HRM)Assistance – incident reporting / obtaining of quotes / vehicle maintenanceAssist with ordering of plant staff uniformsOperational request as per GLOS/BOM
