RECORDS CLERK (3 Months Contract), Pretoria Employer: ADA Recruitment & HR Solutions

·         Sorting of Documents

·         Opening and closing of files according to the records classification system.

·         Filing of documents in line with the approved file plan.

·         Retrieval of files on request.

·         Safe custody and protection of records.

·         Provide registry counter service.

·         Handling of postal/courier services.

Candidate Requirements

·         Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

·         Certificate in records management or public administration

·         At least 1-2 years appropriate experience in a Records Management and Registry and Registry service environment

·         Communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Team work, planning and execution skills

·         Knowledge of National Archives act 43 of 1996

·         Knowledge of minimum information security standard(MISS)
